THE RITUAL

Before getting into bed, call upon the grounding & calming smoky quartz energy by gently shaking bottle. Mist over your pillow & bed as you surrender the day it's been & embrace the magical dreams to come. Smokey Quartz is a grounding stone, promoting security and stability helping you regain composure. 

Alternatively, in the day, mist over aura & take 8 slow deep breaths to calm a busy mind or body.

Sandalwood Santalum Spicatum Vanilla Vanilla planifolia Bergamot Bergamot Calabrian FCF free, Black Spruce Picea mariana, 

• Vanilla - The comforting oil. Always known to promote a sense of home and love. The favourtie of smells for most people. 
• Sandalwood - Sandalwood is deeply relaxing and calming. It aids inner strength when feeling weak or fearful. It promotes peace. It helps quiet the mind and is good to heal deal with trauma and fear. It instils a sense of warmth and has long been known as an aphrodisiac. 
• Bergamot* - Bergamot is a primary oil for the nervous system, uplifting and calming during times of anxiety ot low mood. It can lighten and refresh when feeling angry, frustrated or low in confidence and helps clear out negative heavy states.  
• Black Spruce - wonderful to restore after stressful times and mental exhaustion, restoring a sense of connection and calm.  
• Meadowfoam seed oil- A natural preservative

Use only as directed. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test before use. Consult medical practitioner if any concerns using essential oils. Store below 30°.

*Best to use bottle within 4 months of receiving as it is a water based mist, without chemical preservative. It is fine to use longer than this - there is no harm. It is just as a suggestion to use as the nature of anything natural, it is best used fresh. *
