NEW ZEALAND:

** update - during this busy period the couriers might have delays. Please expect delays to our usual 3-5 day shipping time frame. We strive to fill orders on the same day - however we cannot control courier backlog over this xmas/new year period, thank you for your patience** 

ORA stives to fill orders within a day, usual time frames are 2-3 days. 

Orders we send from our studio in Gisborne -  go via Go Sweet Spot as our shipping carrier within NZ.$8-9 (2-3 days) we ensure Go Sweet Spot carefully look after your products on their journey. This might be with Post Haste or NZ Couriers. 

SIGNATURE? If you require signature, please email me to have this option selected when we print your shipping label (as it is otherwise default authority to leave on your doorstep. 

NO PO BOXES: Please note packages cannot be sent to a P O BOX so please use a physical address at the checkout.

AUSTRALIA: Depending on weight of your selected items rates vary from $28.00- $40  (2-7 business days) using NZ POST as our international shipping carrier.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS NOTE: Your parcel may be subject to additional custom fees, duties or taxes that are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are unable to refund you if you refuse the package because of customs charges.

RETURNS:

We do not offer change of mind returns (health and safety) , therefore cannot be refunded (unless an item is faulty) Please feel free to contact us for individual situations.
